I’m home! I am so happy to be home, but I think I left a part of my heart in Cambodia. I want to thank everyone for your thoughts and prayers. I haven’t had time to read the blog yet, if you think the computers here are slow, you should try there! I will upload pictures tomorrow, so you can enjoy some of the sights. Thanks again, my love to all of you. Heather

Heather, you all have been on my mind and in my prayers non-stop. I dont know what time it is there, but i keep being awakened at 6am to pray for you. Im so proud of you and pray that the gospel message will be life transforming for the kids club. “Carry each other’s burdens and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” Gal 6:2

Heather, you did it great (twice). So, whatever/however you did it keep doing it.

Bridget, I added a “What time is it?” in the sidebar –> just for you, and me–it was driving me crazy :)

So glad to hear you arrived safely. Those girls are so fortunate to have people like you and your group to care about their welfare and keep people like us informed about their plight. Like Bill said they couldn’t have asked for a better person to show those children love and affection. May God place His hand on yours as you touch the lives of those children. God bless each and every one of you. Love to my friend, Holly

      Heather,
I thank you for being such an example of being a doer of the Word. You have done more than hear the need of these girls, you have taken action. I continue to pray that you will be strengthened and that the spark this trip ignites for you will fan into a flame when you return home.

Heather, you are in my thoughts and my prayers as is your whole group. I have read everything that everyone has said to you and it is all true. You are a perfect person to reach out to these girls.

“Again Jesus said, “Simon son of John, do you truly love me?”
He answered, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.”
Jesus said, “Take care of my sheep.”"
      John 21:16 (NIV)

Heather you are helping to take care of his sheep, keep up the amazing work!! You are also a blessing to your own family, your are also teaching your own children, maybe even more that you realize. God Bless and I love you, Jennifer

Hi Heather. I have never blogged before. It took me a minute to figure this out. Wow Heather! You are definately one of GOD’s soliders. This is such a wonderful and brave thing you are doing. I was shocked to find out you were going to Cambodia. You were using my old email, so I was clueluss. Thank GOD for Karen B. She sent out a prayer request email. My prayers are with you. I’ll keep an eye out for Becca and make sure Bill does her hair OK. LOL :) Guess what? I’m gonna be a grandma in October. Jacari and his wife are pregnant. Can you imagine that? ;) Your page is bookmarked, I will keep in touch. God Bless you and your family.

“Because of the service by which you have proved yourselves, men will praise God for the obedience that accompanies your confession of the gospel of Christ, and for your generosity in sharing with them and with everyone else.
      2 Corinthians 9:13″
May God give you strength, wisdom and grace for today…love you!

Thank you everyone, We are all safe. Tomorrow we go to a group called kids club. We will first do a ministry with moms and newborns and in the afternoon do a mini VBS with about 200 children. The hardest part is the children, you can see their need for God’s love. Bill I miss your strength. Carter, Corey and Becca, mommy loves you! God Bless, Hope to update again, but I don’t know when. Love always, Heather

I can’t think of anyone more loving to demonstrate to them God’s love! Give them lots of smiles and remind them all children really need are hugs and kisses–cures most ills. We miss you sweetie, but the kids are doing great. Love you!
